Jeremy Ayers is a policy and advocacy associate for the Alliance for Excellent Education. He conducts research and analyzes data for Alliance initiatives, particularly those focused on teacher quality, adolescent literacy, and English language learners. Prior to joining the Alliance, Mr. Ayers worked for the Family Resource Center, a family service provider in central North Carolina, tutoring low-income students and advocating on behalf of their families at local schools. Mr. Ayers holds a BA from McMurry University, and he graduated with a master of divinity from Duke University.
