In 2008-09, some 14 percent of teachers under age 30 moved from their school to teach at another, compared with 7 percent of teachers ages 30 to 39, some 6 percent of those age 40 to 49, some 5 percent of those ages 50 to 59, and 2 percent of those age 60 or over. –National Center for Education Statistics
