Martens Roc
Policy and Advocacy Associate
Martens Roc joined the Alliance in February 2010. Previously, he was the project leader for the Center for Family Excellence where he worked on education reform and racial academic achievement gap closure models. Prior to that, he worked in student affairs, specifically in the area of international students groups, students of color recruitment, and African American male retention. Mr. Roc holds an master's degree in higher education management and a bachelor's degree, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
