Kimberly Thomas Rapp

Kimberly Thomas-Rapp joined the Equal Justice Society as director of law and public policy in July 2005. Previously a litigator at an Oakland law firm, Ms. Thomas-Rapp has also served as a law clerk with the Contra Costa County Public Defender's Office and the East Bay Community Law Center, as well as a management consultant for corporations and institutions across the country. In addition, Ms. Thomas-Rapp was once a legal intern with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Thomas-Rapp graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and received her law degree from Stanford Law School.
